Hi,
This is Yein

Working at the intersection of art and psychology. Research and practice for better life of every individual.

About Me

I developed an interest in health psychology due to the profound impact of chronic health challenges on mental and emotional well-being. These experiences led me to recognize the importance of integrating psychological principles with healthcare practices to address the emotional distress often faced by patients with serious illnesses. This realization fueled my desire to pursue a career as a health psychologist, focusing on supporting patients with chronic illnesses and promoting their emotional and physical well-being. My goal is to design interventions that improve health outcomes, particularly for those facing barriers to accessing healthcare. Through the Health Psychology Accelerate Program at CCSU and futher study, I aim to develop the expertise necessary to address these disparities and contribute to both clinical practice and research.
